Newly renovated well-planned apartment with roof terrace and close to everything in Nerja. The apartment has three bedrooms, one bathroom, one toilet, located in a very quiet area with no through traffic.
The apartment is located on the second floor with a nice view of the mountains and from the roof terrace, you have a spectacular view. A spacious hallway welcomes us to this really nice apartment.
Then we come directly into a large living room with an open plan between the living room and the brand new, spacious kitchen with modern kitchen equipment. A French balcony in the kitchen provides a pleasant light and from the living room you have access to a covered terrace with a nice view, a wonderful place to spend the warm summer evenings.
Then we have two spacious bedrooms with double wardrobes and a third spacious bedroom, which is currently used as a study. Adjacent to the study is a separate "laundry room" with a new washing machine and sink.
Outside the three bedrooms there is a brand new fully equipped bathroom with shower and underfloor heating, as well as a guest toilet. The roof terrace is a full 26 sqm and is located right above the apartment, electricity and cold and hot water are brought to the roof terrace.
This is an owner-occupied apartment with a low monthly fee, which covers stair cleaning twice a week. The house is prepared to install an elevator, nice Spanish neighbors in the same stairwell with 12 apartments.
From the apartment you only have a few minutes walk to the bus station, Mercadona, restaurants and cafes. To the Balcon de Europa and the nearest beach, it takes less than 15 minutes to walk. This apartment must be experienced on site, welcome to book a visit.
